Dr. Ghosh is the Founder of Team Future- Education and Healthcare and one of the leading entrepreneurs in Bengal. A Chartered Accountant and a PhD in Finance, she is an alumna and a faculty from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC). She is a widely acclaimed thought leader who has published more than fifty research papers in accredited journals.
She also has an extensive industry experience with organizations like ONGC and Amul and was in the boards of UCO Bank, SEBI, JNIDB (a unit of IDBI) and several other organizations of repute.
Dr. Ghosh started her entrepreneurial journey with Team Future – Education in the year 2001 with Future Institute of Engineering and Management (FIEM). Today, under her able leadership Team Future- Education imparts wide-angled learning through multi-dimensional initiatives like Future Business School, Future Campus School, Future Institute of Technology, Future Media School, Future School of Hospital Management, Future School of Hospitality and Tourism.
At present she is busy implementing her dream project in the healthcare sector with a chain of advanced diagnostic centers, polyclinics, and a 220-bedded super-specialty Oncology Hospital is also shaping up.
Ms. Banerjee is an alumna of La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata and pursued her graduation from Jadavpur University and post-graduation from Utkal University. She also holds a post-graduation Diploma in Management (Public Relations) and a Disability Rehabilitation and Management with a B.ED degree from Calcutta University.
Her experience spans over 28 years as a teacher and administrator in reputed schools in Kolkata like Sushila Birla Girls School, DPS Megacity (as senior coordinator), Mahadevi Birla World Academy (Headmistress), Marias Public School, Guwahati (Principal) and Adamas World School, Kolkata (Principal).
She has been awarded the Aristotle Award for excellence in teaching organized by TTIS and Monash University.
She is a globally validated trainer for core skills at British Council and a master resource person of CBSE and other workshops.
